If you are involved in some capacity of ministry leadership, plan on attending Stop Running on Empty…Refueling Your Passion to Lead, a conference intended specifically for women leaders. Join us for a day of laughter, encouragement and camaraderie as you are refueled in your leadership roles. Gifted speakers with hands on, personal experience in women’s ministry will be providing breakout sessions that are sure to fill you up, recharge your battery, and help you find some relief from the construction work zones, and put you back on a road that will inspire, give you the tools you need and refuel your spirit so you can succeed in your leadership role!

Stop Running on Empty is for any woman who is a women’s ministry leader, part of a women’s ministry team, any other area of ministry leadership or any woman who:

  • loves ministry but is feeling worn out
  • is content in ministry but wants to avoid burn out
  • is not sure how God is working in her ministry life
  • has been emotionally hurt in ministry
  • is trying to balance family, home and ministry responsibilities
  • has experienced disappointments in ministry relationships
  • is wondering if God is really calling her to lead anymore
  • is questioning her giftedness for leadership
  • is looking for creative ideas to enhance the ministry she leads

Without gas, tune ups and properly working parts, our car won’t run and get us where we need to go. Yet as leaders, we sometimes forget to give ourselves periodic maintenance and enough fuel to keep ourselves and the ministries God has entrusted to our care going too. Sometimes it’s just the constant pot holes, road bumps and construction zones in ministry that leave us looking for the rest areas and gas stations off of the ministry highway.
